This reduces rolling resistance and increases durability.
Bearings are sold individually.
CEMA® uses G5-rated Si3N4 Ceramic balls in their bearings. They then polish the bearing races to ABEC7/ISOP4. These bearings use high-quality barium-hydrocarbon grease.
