Ordered the 28h/32h version with CX-Rays and brass nipples. Built the wheels to even spoke tension, rear 115kgf/65kgf, front 80kgf/115kgf, and rims have a lateral runout of 1.5mm, radial runout less than 1mm–adequate for disc rims. No concerns with the hubs so far.
Came with 4 extra nipples and 1 extra spoke in each of the 4 lengths. BDop separates each spoke length into bags and labels their position for easy assembly. Interestingly, they provide two different spoke lengths that are only 1mm apart, which is a level of spoke length precision that many custom wheel builders don’t achieve.
Customer service was very responsive during the long shipping delay due to covid. I will look to buy hubs and rims from Bdop again.
