B2-Type

Novatec’s internal standard/series for a group of compatible freehub bodies. You can swap different cassette standards within B2 (Shimano HG, SRAM XD/XDR, Micro Spline, Campagnolo. All B2 freehubs share the same interface to the hub, even if the cassette spline differs. Usually 3–6 pawls depending on version (affects engagement speed)
